How to verify you're running the real installer

Download only from sardene.com or a link that starts with https://sardene.com/.

Compare the file's SHA256 hash to the value in SHA256SUMS. Powershell: Get-FileHash .\Sardene-0.4.0-Setup.exe

The installer filename should be Sardene-0.4.0-Setup.exe. If it's anything else, don't run it.

If the warning still won't let you run

Some enterprise-managed PCs have Group Policy set to block unsigned software entirely. If “Run anyway” is grayed out, you can still install Sardene on Linux in a virtual machine, or run the portable .zip after extracting it.
